1. Vietjet Air (Low-Cost Tickets – Eco/Promo Class)

• Checked Baggage: Not included; can be purchased up to 4 hours before departure at VND 12,000/kg, minimum 15kg.

• Name or Itinerary Changes: Allowed with applicable fees.

• Ticket Refund: Not supported.

• Change of Date/Time: Allowed up to 24 hours before departure, fee VND 400,000/segment + fare difference (if any).

• Hand Luggage: Maximum 7kg, dimensions 25cm x 35cm x 50cm.

• Upgrade Hand Luggage to Checked Baggage: Before ticket issuance: VND 100,000; after ticket issuance but 2 hours before flight: VND 200,000; at airport: VND 300,000. Excess baggage: VND 35,000/kg.

Children Policy:

• Under 2 years: Domestic VND 100,000/segment, International VND 200,000/segment (must be accompanied by an adult)

• 2–12 years: 100% adult fare – VND 30,000

• 12 years and above: adult fare

2. Vietnam Airlines (Low Fare Classes – L, M, R, Q)

• Ticket Changes:

  • Before departure: VND 400,000 + fare difference (if any)

  • On or after the flight date: VND 800,000 + fare difference

• Ticket Refund:

  • Before departure: VND 400,000

  • On or after the flight date: VND 800,000

• Baggage Allowance: Checked baggage 20kg/person; carry-on up to 7kg

Children Policy:

• Under 2 years: 10% of adult fare

• 2–12 years: 75% of adult fare

• 12 years and above: adult fare

3. Jetstar Pacific (Jet Starter – Low-Cost Tickets)

• Itinerary Changes: Not permitted

• Name/Date/Time Changes: Allowed up to 6 hours before departure, fee VND 380,000/segment + fare difference

• Ticket Refund: Not supported

• Hand Luggage: Maximum 7kg, dimensions 23cm x 36cm x 56cm

• Upgrade Hand Luggage to Checked Baggage:

  • Before ticket issuance: 15kg VND 130,000 / 20kg VND 180,000

  • After ticket issuance: 15kg VND 220,000 / 20kg VND 250,000
