STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

PAYMENT TERMS

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
• The remaining balance must be settled 7–10 days before departure for regular tours, and 20–25 days before departure for public holiday or festive tours.

TOUR CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

• After payment, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour, please bring your ID/Passport and payment receipt to the Company’s office to complete the cancellation procedure. Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
• Cancellation time is calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Late arrival at the airport is considered a cancellation one day before departure.
• Refund and cancellation conditions are applied according to the Tour Sales Conditions attached to the contract.

• Guests must bring a valid original ID card or passport, or provide full and accurate personal details exactly as shown on official documents (surname/middle name/first name).
• Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate.
• Children aged 14 and above are required to carry a Citizen ID Card or Passport.
• Foreign guests or overseas Vietnamese must carry all required travel documents (passport, valid visa, re-entry permit, etc.).
• Guests aged 70–74 are required to sign a health declaration. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical fitness certificate issued by a doctor and be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Guests aged 75+ are encouraged to purchase premium insurance (additional cost applies). Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.
• Pregnant guests must inform sales staff at the time of booking. Guests who are 5 months pregnant or more are not accepted for safety reasons.
• Guests who follow a vegetarian diet are kindly advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their personal preferences.
• Any services included in the tour that are not used by the guest, for reasons not attributable to the tour operator, are non-refundable.
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings at all times and in all locations during the trip. The tour organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to cash, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property during the tour.
• Guests requesting VAT invoices must inform staff at the time of booking.
• The itinerary may be adjusted to suit actual conditions, but the total number of sightseeing spots remains unchanged. Hotel check-in time: after 14:00; check-out time: before 12:00.
• Single travelers or groups with odd numbers (3, 5, 7 guests) without room-sharing arrangements are required to pay a single-room supplement.
• For sea and island tours, guests with health issues or under the influence of alcohol should not participate in swimming or diving activities. Any incidents caused by intentional violations are not the Company’s responsibility.
• Travel insurance applies only during the tour period.
• In cases of force majeure (weather, natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays/cancellations, etc.), if the tour cannot continue, the Company will refund the remaining amount after deducting incurred service costs and bears no further liability.
• By registering for the tour, guests confirm that they have carefully read and understood the program, pricing, inclusions/exclusions, and cancellation policies.
